Maiocchi 26 is a photo studio for rent located in the heart of Milan, in the Porta Venezia area.
Located in the courtyard of a building complex dating back to the 1930’s, the studio space has recently been completely renovated to the highest standards of comfort and energy efficiency.
Maiocchi 26 is a comfortable creative space suitable for photo and video shoots, events, castings, courses, exhibitions, and workshops.

Maiocchi 26 is located on the ground floor, it’s directly accessible by car access and has one car parking space.
The rental area offers an open space of 6.40m per 10m with a clear height of 4.30m. The available electrical power is 15 kW.
The space is enclosed by rough concrete walls and a satin concrete floor finishing. The entrance doors are 1.50m wide and 2.05m high.
The studio is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
